PERFORMANCES(ON-SCREEN) :-
Ajith kumar(vinayagam) vigorously makes every tamil cinema fan happy with a rural dhoti look where the only odd thing is his costumes/dance moves in duet songs. Tamannaah(kopperundevi) was provided with a necessity role & she carried it beautifully. Santhanam(bail perumal) & thambi ramaiya's comedy scenes worked very well. Pradeep rawat(vanangamudi) with a spreaded brush like moustache & Atul kulkarni as a baddie are okay. Nassar(nallasivam) travels in his way of acting. Vidharth and all others gave a good performance.
TECHNICAL :-
Editing by kasi viswanathan makes the entire film crispy. Vfx done in gemini labs gives a sparkling effect. High voltage stunts by silva & team served as a major bonus. Cinematography by vetri captured dindigul people's living in their soil colour. Devi sri prasad's Music failed to attain the so called hit status but his Background theme gives a relief.
DIRECTION :-
Story written by bhoopati raja-siva will make everyone guess that is a old mass picture. Bharathan's dialogues & Siva's screenplay is entertaining in all portions. Siva has directed this film with an intention of making veeram a commercially profitable venture by using cattles & many more to create a festive mood for people.
